Jordan Xavier, has been established for the last eleven years, providing accommodation, support workers and consultancy to private, voluntary and statutory bodies, on areas of registration and inspection, housing, disability, mental health, homeless, and other clients.
We believe that every person is an individual. Our care programmes are then individually tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Coupled with qualified and trained staff, Jordan Xavier provides a safe and secure environment where clients can develop and are supported through difficulties.
At Jordan Xavier, we work as a team to provide the support each individual needs. We aim to give clients a sense of trust and security, so that they can realise their full potential.
Our Accomodation
Jordan Xavier has access to over 1000 properties across England and Wales. All the accommodation have been chosen for its use, adaptability and practicality the accommodation will in most cases be close to shops, transport, health professionals, schools/colleges and entertainment. Although the organisation does have access to property, which is more secluded.
The accommodation provided by Jordan Xavier and it’s provider organisations is inspected by Local Environmental Health/Health and Safety Units, by the fire department, gas and electrical inspectors. And complies with all requirements set out by these agencies prior to being available.
The accommodation is fully furnished, and will come with bed linen, cooking utensils, bed-sheets, blankets etc. The rooms in any property can be furnished or equipped to the individual needs/tastes of those who are residing there. Jordan Xavier’s auxiliary staff can also service the properties.
The organisation has a range of accommodation from bed-sits to mother and baby units, a range of floating, semi and fully independent accommodation, one to one provision for young people who require short breaks or intensive intervention, specialist accommodation for young people with disabilities can also be provided.
